Hero MotoCorp just debuted the Xpulse 200 4V Pro Dakar variant in India. Though it is based on the current model, the bike gets ideas from the Hero Dakar bike. These are five things you really ought to know about it.
Though the Hero Xpulse 200 4V Pro Dakar edition resembles the ordinary bike, it is covered in a distinctive paint scheme of Gloss Goldfish Silver. Here, the bike gains a foundation color of silver from other contrasting colors of black and red elsewhere. The special paint scheme improves the visual attractiveness of the Dakar edition. Along with other artwork, the gasoline tank gets the Dakar logo.
The Xpulse 200 4V Pro Dakar version has three ABS modes: Road, Off-road, and Rally in addition to the LED lighting. These change the ABS intervention according to your riding situation. The bike features a completely digital instrument console with smartphone connectivity for navigation and SMS showing incoming calls and messages.
The Xpulse 200 4V Pro Dakar model features really elegant and intentional hardware. It gains a ground clearance of 270mm and features a changeable telescopic front suspension with 250mm travel. Furthermore, a single front and rear disc set on a 21-inch front and an 18-inch rear wheel covered in 90/90 front and 120/80 rear tyres correspondingly handle the braking chores.
Hero priced the Xpulse 200 4V Pro Dakar edition at Rs. 1,67,500, making it Rs. 3,000 more costly than the regular Xpulse 200 4V Pro and Rs. 16,000 more than the base model.
