The 2025 Honda Unicorn price has been raised just over Rs. 8,000 along with a digital instrument console, revised engine and new features.
Priced at Rs. 1,19,481 (ex-showroom), Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has today revealed the release of the 2025 variant of the Unicorn in the local market. The commuter model not only shows substantial improvements as part of the model year upgrade but also fits the forthcoming OBD2B rules.
The most obvious difference in the new Unicorn is its redesigned front, which now features a fresh LED headlamp with chrome accents. Though the rest of the design stays mostly unaltered from the previous model, the 2025 Unicorn comes in three new paint schemes: Pearl Igneous Black, Matte Axis Gray Metallic and Radiant Red Metallic.
One should be aware that the color pallet now excludes the older Pearl Siren Blue shade. Regarding features, the 2025 Honda Unicorn adds a brand-new completely digital instrument cluster, offering riders a range of handy data. This covers a gear position indicator, an environmentally friendly indicator, and a service due reminder.
The USB Type-C charging connector on the motorcycle also facilitates maintaining device charge while on the road. Updated 162.71 cc, single-cylinder air-cooled engine meeting OBD2B criteria powers the 2025 Unicorn. These days, this engine generates somewhat more torque and power than its predecessor.
The powertrain is already known to be dependable and smooth; the fuel injected mill cranks out 13 bhp maximum power and 14.58 Nm of peak torque. It is coupled as before to a five-speed gearbox. These changes cause the 2025 Unicorn to have a price rise of Rs. 8,180 from the previous model.
As the SP 160, Activa 125 and SP 125 were upgraded, the Japanese manufacturer has been releasing MY 2025 variants of its volume-based mass market line during the past few days. Originally launched last month in India, the prices for Honda’s first electric scooters, the Activa e: and QC1 will be disclosed next month.
