Launched globally in October 2024, the BMW S 1000RR motorcycle is back in the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo with some exciting upgrades.
The sports bike is powered a 999 cc inline-four cylinder engine that sets 21hp of power. With an rpm of 13,750 and torque of 113 Nm, the S100RR also has two preferences for the consumers- The M or Dynamic packages. This element of ‘choice’ provided the company creates a tough competition in the market for others.
The model also provides the consumers with a six speed gearbox. A twin headlight system, asymmetrical side fairings (the left side is equipped with an exit vent and right side with- gills), cooling ducts in the brake have enhanced the overall structure of the bike. Bigger winglets have also increased the effectiveness of the aerodynamics.
The model is perfect for bike enthusiasts and is an electrifying addition to the race tracks. Another component that makes this bike an equal or maybe a better alternative would be the incorporation of four standard riding modes, i.e- Rain,Road,Dynamic and Race and also Pro Riding modes.
Priced – 21.90 lakhs, bookings are now open under BMW Mottorad dealer network. Deliveries will commence around April 2025.
