Having launched the Xoom 125R more than two years ago, Hero MotoCorp formally presented it in India. Hero Xoom 125 landed in India. Ex-showroom costs run the same 124.6cc engine as the Destini 125, starting at Rs 86,900.

Hero MotoCorp at the EICMA Motor Show in 2023 showed the sporty Xoom 125. Officially debuted at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, the scooter’s ex-showroom price is Rs 86,900. Built on the success of its twin, the Xoom 110, the Xoom 125 aims to meet India’s growing need for upscale 125cc scooters. The Xoom range now has three models under its banner since its launch.

Inspired the elegant form of a “falcon in flight,” the Xoom 125 carries forward the Xoom 110 design language and adds special elements. It starts with a split taillight and a brilliant LED headlamp. The 125R has several sharp lines and folds over it to distinguish itself from its younger sister.

The Xoom 125 sports a telescopic front fork, a monoshock at the rear, a front disc brake, and a rear drum brake. On 14-inch alloy wheels, it also employs machined-finish, slender spokes. Additional features are sequential LED turn indicators, a totally digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, and turn--turn navigation.

The Xoom 125 runs a 124.6cc air-cooled engine, the same type Hero’s Destini 125 runs. Combining CVT gearbox with 9 horsepower and 10.4 Nm of torque, this engine generates Hero Moto Corp claims the Xoom 125 can execute the 0–60 km/h run in 7.6 seconds.

Introduced, the Hero Xoom 125 joins the Indian market with the TVS Ntorq 125, Suzuki Avenis, Honda Dio 125 and other 125cc scooters.

Starting in February 2025, Xoom 125 bookings will be delivered from March 2025.
