Land Rover has launched a refreshed 2025 Discovery Sport, creating a stronger image with the blend of clever styling, better features, and a much refined level of interior comfort. As it stages its global premier, the SUV should arrive in India by early 2026, presenting buyers with a more stylized, louder voice in the tech arena of the luxury compact SUV category.
The exterior carries a vibe of refinement and athleticism, with a touch-up of classy elements. LED daylight run lights provide it a bit of road glamor, and it is accessorized with new alloy wheels. The slight work on the grille and other subtle exterior touches meanwhile allow the vehicle to blend better with the Italian negativized design of the brand.
Compared to the exterior, considerable updates will be found inside. The focal point is a much larger 11.4-inch Pivi Pro touchscreen infotainment system. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto have been introduced into the system. A fully digital instrument panel with USB-C chargers for all rows infuses life into the interior, merging acoustic sophistication with family-friendly utility. The seats recline and slide and have a 40:20:40 split. There is also a panoramic sunroof and 360-degree camera system, and these features complete the package for brilliant daily driving and long-haul touring.
The mechanicals of the SUV continue on with time-tested petrol and diesel engines. Both engine choices feature the very smooth-shifting automatic transmission with all-wheel-drive being offered as optional. A 48V mild-hybrid system is also incorporated to give a little power and save some fuel.
In essence, the 2025 Discovery Sport is more than a mere facelift; it represents a comprehensive update with useful technological, interior, and exterior enhancements. It still strikes a good balance between the family and adventure type who are after a premium compact SUV with style and all manner of capability-walking away into the sunset down city streets or headed down some beaten mountain path.
