The Mercedes GLB SUV is no longer available for purchase in India, just over two years after its launch in December 2022. During its time in the market, the GLB was positioned as the most affordable 7-seat luxury SUV, priced between Rs 63.80 lakh and Rs 69.80 lakh.
Variants and Specifications
The GLB was offered in three variants: GLB 200 Progressive, 220d 4Matic, and 220d AMG Line 4Matic. The GLB 200 Progressive variant featured a 1.3-liter turbo-petrol engine producing 163hp and 250Nm, paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The GLB 220d variants, on the other hand, came with a 2.0-liter diesel engine producing 190hp and 400Nm, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
