Land Rover has launched the updated Range Rover Evoque in India, prices of which start from Rs 67.90 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The updates include a slightly revised exterior design and an overhauled interior with lots of new tech, but it continues with the same set of powertrain options. Its available in a single Dynamic SE trim, and bookings too are underway.
Incidentally, the MY2023 Evoque was higher priced at Rs 73.07 lakh, but it was available in a sportier R-Dynamic SE trim. In fact, the smallest Range Rover is now priced at par with the 7-seater Discovert Sport from Land Rover’s own stable.
The exterior updates are rather minimal – there’s a redesigned grille with detailing similar to larger the Range Rovers, new super-slim LED headlamps with redesigned LED running lamp signatures, new red brake callipers and a new twin ten spoke design for the alloy wheels. This aside, there are two new colours to choose from – Corinthian Bronze and Tribeca Blue.
The more notable changes are on the inside where it gets an all-new 11.4-inch curved touchscreen infotainment system running the latest Pivi Pro software. This has led to a complete redesign of the dashboard, which now sports a far cleaner look and seems inspired its larger siblings. The panel with rotary dials for the HVAC controls on the previous model have now made way for a concealed storage area also featuring a wireless charging pad. There’s also a new gear lever on the redesigned centre console.
