Series II Ghost is available in Standard, Extended, and Black Badge form, with costs reaching up to Rs 10.52 crore, ex-showroom, before extras.
We have India costs for the smaller luxury car just two months after the revised Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II debuted outside. Priced at Rs 8.95 crore, Rs 10.19 crore, and Rs 10.52 crore correspondingly, before options, the facelift is on sale in Standard, Extended,d and Black Badge form.
The Ghost’s revamp results in a blockier look, as visible on the Series II Cullinan. The DRLs wrap around the outside corners of the primary projector lamps; the front bumper’s lower grille area is narrower. The tail lights on the updated Ghost have a new, banded pattern. You have two choices for 22-inch alloy wheels.
Rolls-Royce states that the average Ghost customer spends almost 10 percent of the car’s selling price on customisation; on the inside, the facelift offers numerous fresh material options like Grey Stained Ash and Duality Twill. According to the brand, a full Duality Twill interior requires 2.2 million stitches and roughly 17.7 km of thread and takes 20 hours to finish.
The cabin includes a brand-new glass panel spanning the dashboard width. Software updates for the digital instrument cluster let consumers color-match it with the exterior. Rolls-Royce also says that the in-car connectivity system has been improved so that rear-seat passengers may link two streaming devices to the relevant screens. Furthermore compatible with the back infotainment system are wireless headphones. Rising from the 1,300W system used on its predecessor, the amplifier for the music system is 1,400W.
Apart from better looks, the Black Badge boasts a stronger engine. Mechanically, the Ghost facelift is exactly like the departing model and has the same 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12 and 8-speed automated gearbox. This engine produces 563hp and 850Nm in the Standard and Extended versions; in the Black Badge, it generates 592hp and 900Nm. The firm says it has lowered pedal travel, upped the brake point on the Black Badge, and included a “Low” driving option with 50 percent faster gear shifts when the throttle is 90 percent open.
We also have access to Indian pricing for the whole Rolls-Royce range of vehicles. Fascinatingly, pricing for the Cullinan facelift—which debuted at Rs 10.50 crore-12.25 crore in September—has dropped Rs 17 lakh-33 lakh. Launched this January, the Spectre EV’s price has increased Rs 12 lakh and currently runs at Rs 7.62 crore.
