Royal Enfield has announced the introduction of a new pre-owned motorcycle business called Reown. This new program will allow customers to buy or sell their Royal Enfield motorcycles and exchange their existing motorcycles to upgrade to a Royal Enfield bike. The Reown program is available in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore and Chennai.
The Reown ‘pre-owned’ business program is built to provide customers a smooth experience and peace of mind. It will ensure fair pricing and hassle-free documentation support for customers looking to buy or sell a pre-owned Royal Enfield motorcycle.
Royal Enfield will appoint a dedicated relationship manager to help customers with their buying or selling experience. All pre-owned motorcycles listed on the Royal Enfield Reown platform will undergo over 200 mechanical checks and will be refurbished with genuine parts at authorised Royal Enfield service centres.
Royal Enfield will offer a brand warranty and two free services with the pre-owned motorcycles. Furthermore, customers selling their bikes through Reown will get loyalty benefits of up to Rs. 5,000 for Genuine Motorcycle Accessories. Royal Enfield has also partnered with HDFC and IDFC banks to offer attractive finance options for customers.
