Yamaha has finally launched the R3 in India with a price tag of Rs 4.64 lakh, ex-showroom. Bookings for the motorcycle have already commenced and deliveries are likely to take place early next year.
The new Yamaha R3 sports LED lighting for the headlamp, dual-channel ABS and an LCD instrument cluster sans Bluetooth. The bike gets a slipper and assist clutch and USD forks as standard.
Yamaha is offering the R3 in a choice of two colour options. These are- Blue and Black Well, powering the motorcycle is a 321cc, parallel-twin engine that churns out 40.4bhp and 29.4Nm. It comes mated to a six-speed gearbox.
