2025 KTM 390 Adventure S.
Classed as a premium, feature-rich motorbike, the 2024 KTM 390 Adventure S, from a design standpoint, the vehicle is somewhat similar to the Adventure R, which was just on show at EICMA in Milan, Italy. Key elements are a tall windscreen, a black-painted frame, LED tails, rear indicators, a completely digital TFT display, a dynamic orange and white colour scheme accentuated with blue highlights, and dual LED headlights flanked LED DRLs.
Built on a trellis frame, the motorbike boasts a rear mono-shock and adjustable USD front forks. The reduced rear wheel size sets a notable departure from the Adventure R. Unlike the R’s 19-inch rear wheel, the Adventure S boasts a 21-inch front wheel and an 18-inch rear wheel. Apollo Tramplr tyres, meant to run effectively over a variety of terrain, fit both wheels.
Mechanically, the 390 Adventure S couples a six-speed gearbox with the same 399cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine used in the 390 Duke.
Although this unit generates 39 Nm of torque and 44.25 bhp, detailed Adventure S stats will be revealed nearer its introduction. Dual-channel ABS and several riding modes further provide improved control and safety. Strong braking capability from disc brakes on both wheels guarantees that the Adventure S is a flexible bike for riders who love road and light off-road activities.
KTM 390: Enduro R
An off-road, tough variation of the 390 Adventure, the 390 Enduro R Its 21-inch front wheel, with more abrasive tire tread, increases its performance on difficult terrain than that of the 390 Adventure. The bike’s 17-inch wheel at the back helps to provide more ground clearance means of greater saddle height.
The bike also runs the same engine as the 390 Duke. Still under wraps, though, the Enduro R’s performance numbers are expected to be unveiled nearer its planned 2025 release.
Complementing a more compact windscreen, the suspension system comprises changeable WP Apex components. A separate switch to turn off the rear ABS is also helpful for riders as required.
