Kia Sorento Six-Seat and Seven-Seat Versions
The Sorento is offered in both six- and seven-seat configurations. The six-seat version uses second-row captain chairs, giving the SUV a more premium and spacious cabin layout, while the seven-seat version offers an additional seating position.
The six-seat configuration is not available with the HTE and HTE(O) variants. It starts with the HTK at ₹32.69 lakh for the diesel and ₹34.19 lakh for the hybrid.

Kia’s decision to introduce the Sorento follows a reassessment of the premium SUV segment in India. The company said the model was not initially part of its India launch plan and required approval from its global headquarters before moving forward.
