Hero MotoCorp has expanded the Glamour X 125 range with a new ABS-equipped variant, adding single-channel ABS while retaining the existing Drum and Disc versions.
Hero Glamour X 125 ABS: What’s New?
Hero MotoCorp has introduced a new single-channel ABS variant of the Glamour X 125 in India at a price of ₹1.01 lakh (ex-showroom). The new version becomes the most safety-focused variant in the Glamour X 125 lineup and costs just ₹1,000 more than the existing Disc variant.
The motorcycle continues with the same 124.7cc engine, three riding modes, cruise control and connected features. Hero has also introduced two new colour options with the ABS variant.
ABS and Braking System
The biggest update is the addition of single-channel ABS, which helps prevent the front wheel from locking during hard braking. The motorcycle also gets Hero’s Integrated Braking System (IBS), linking the front and rear brakes for more balanced braking performance.
With this update, the Glamour X 125 joins a growing group of 125cc motorcycles offering ABS, including the TVS Raider 125, Honda CB125 Hornet and Hero Xtreme 125R. The Xtreme 125R is also available with dual-channel ABS.

The new ABS version therefore carries a ₹1,000 premium over the Disc variant.
Two New Colours Added
Hero MotoCorp has introduced two new paint schemes specifically with the ABS variant:
- Gun Metal Grey
- Matt Axis Grey
The existing Black Pearl Red and Black Teal Blue colour options continue to be available.
Apart from the ABS system and new colours, there are no major mechanical or visual changes to the motorcycle.
Same 125cc Engine
The Glamour X 125 ABS continues to use the 124.7cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine. It produces 11.55 PS of power and 10.5 Nm of torque and is paired with a five-speed gearbox.
The powertrain remains unchanged from the existing Glamour X 125.
